The transmission is one of the most complex and critical systems in your Lexus, and when it begins to show signs of trouble, you need a repair facility with the expertise to handle it properly.

At Clear Choice Independent Lexus Specialists, we provide comprehensive transmission services for all Lexus models, from routine fluid maintenance to complete transmission rebuilds.

Lexus transmissions, including the smooth-shifting eight-speed automatics found in current models and the continuously variable transmissions in select hybrid vehicles, require a precise level of care that goes beyond what most general repair shops can offer. Our technicians are trained specifically on Lexus drivetrain systems and have the diagnostic equipment needed to evaluate transmission performance accurately and identify problems at their source.

Common transmission issues we address include delayed or rough shifting, slipping gears, transmission fluid leaks, torque converter failures, and complete transmission failure. In many cases, early intervention through a fluid flush and service can extend the life of your transmission significantly and prevent the need for more involved repairs. We always recommend starting with a thorough diagnostic before any major transmission work, and we walk you through our findings before any repair begins.

For vehicles requiring a full transmission rebuild or replacement, our team approaches the job with the same attention to detail and commitment to quality that defines every service we provide. We use components that meet Lexus standards and stand behind our work with confidence.

Clear Choice Independent Lexus Specialists has built its reputation as the number 1 rated Lexus service facility in Texas on trust, quality, and results. Your transmission is in the right hands.
