I came here after I had already tried going to the Lexus dealer and they made me wait all day there just to have a quote that didn't make sense. This place had no wait, and they Ubered me back home while they fixed the problem. I thought their work started a dashboard rattle, and they were willing to take a look and drive it around to try to fix the issue, which ended up being my fault. They balance professional knowledge and friendliness.  Quick, prompt service every time. Most importantly they don’t try to talk you into unnecessary repairs. They want you to get the maximum miles out of your car but don’t waste your money. BTW the first Lexus is alive and well, but currently living in Austin.
